Bacon Wrapped Meatloaf

I don’t understand how someone can stay true to their vegetarian roots after seeing this dish! What you’re looking at from bottom to top is a toasted piece of white bread, a hearty piece of meatloaf that has been wrapped with bacon, garlic mashed potatoes, onions, and a shower of gravy!
