Who would have thought that In-N-Out, a beloved fast-food chain, would be California’s—and arguably the West Coast’s—favorite burger franchise? Having recently celebrated its 75th anniversary, its iconic ketchup-red lettering and mustard-yellow arrow are recognized worldwide. It’s no surprise that international visitors, out-of-state travelers, and locals returning home often head straight to the nearest location at LAX to enjoy their meals, animal style.

Now, rumors are circulating online about the burger chain’s potential plans for its biggest location yet—a massive new space along the Las Vegas Strip. The new site is said to be part of the BLVD, a highly anticipated, three-story luxury shopping center currently under construction on the Strip, developed by Gindi Capital in collaboration with entrepreneurs Andrew and Peggy Cherng.

An in-feed post on BLVD’s Instagram page offers a glimpse of the layout, showing the prime spot where this impressive new In-N-Out is expected to be built atop the high-profile property.

The new In-N-Out location on the Las Vegas Strip could span around 10,520 square feet, with 8,020 square feet dedicated to the interior. But that’s not all—plans also include a patio area that adds approximately 2,500 square feet. For context, this location will be massive compared to typical In-N-Out restaurants, which usually have an interior dining space of about 3,900 square feet.

While In-N-Out hasn’t officially confirmed any of these exciting details, according to a representative, Mike Abbate – the Vice President of Store Development, shared that they are “working on a site at The BLVD in Las Vegas… we’re currently in the plan check process, and there is still quite a bit of work to be done before we begin construction… In that regard, it would be premature to comment on a timeline or anything like an opening date.”

To paraphrase, it looks like the mustard yellow sign is pointing us in the right direction, but it may take a while for consumers to see this monumental In-N-Out location before its grand opening on The Strip.
