World's Largest Cheesecake

Pictured above, a group of Mexican chefs cut into the biggest cheesecake in the world this past Sunday. Stationed in Mexico City, this cheesecake was 2.5 meters in diameter, 55 centimeters high and weighed in at 2 tons. It fed 20,000 people and took a total of 55 cooks 60 hours to make it.
