Watch These Cute Grandmas Try Fireball Whisky For The First Time

*cough cough* — that’s the reaction that goes through my throat, down into my belly, and then into my veins everytime I’m downing shots of Fireball Cinnamon Whisky. I hate myself, I hate my friends who offered me the shot and I often wonder what my grandma would think if she saw me putting down liquid poison that I didn’t even find tasty.

Luckily, a YouTube video resurfaced recently that showcases a room full of cute innocent grandmas trying the fiery cinnamon whiskey for the first time.

“Tastes like heaven, burns like hell,” — “I like cinnamon, but I don’t know about the burning like hell part.”

The sketchiness of the video unfolds as a bottle of the cinnamon whisky gets put on the table shortly after the grandmas get asked what their current drinking life consists of. We quickly learn that some of the grandmas don’t drink much anymore, some prefer “Zinfandel” but for the most part, they seem like open and curious ladies.

The ladies proceed to examine every part of the Fireball bottle, from label and presentation, to taste and aftertaste:

There’s something particularly charming about watching Grandmas who’ve lived such long lives and seen so much get to try something for the first time, ever. I mean, one of my favorite stories of last year is when a grandma discovered there was cocaine in her granola bar.

My question to the Internet remains, “What should grandmas try next?!”
