Van Leeuwen And Hidden Valley Create A Limited-Edition Ranch-Flavored Ice Cream

In honor of National Ranch Day, Van Leeuwen has decided to give us the sweet spin on a savory classic we didn’t know we needed. With the help of Hidden Valley, purveyors of the OG Ranch dressing, Van Leeuwen has whipped up Ranch-flavored ice cream.

According to CBS News, after teasing the release, Food & Wine Magazine got to taste the special dessert concoction. “Garlic powder forward, but also sweet,” was the review given by the lucky tester.

Van Leeuwen is a hot ice cream chain that often attracts a long line of craving customers. This latest collaboration joins other unique flavors they’ve released, like a malted milkshake and fries ice cream that literally includes Idaho potatoes. Other zany limited-editions range from Kraft Mac and Cheese-flavored ice cream, to a Grey Poupon Dijon mustard-flavored offering.

Those with curious tastebuds can try out the new Ranch Dressing ice cream at a Van Leeuwen near you.
