Urine Whiskey

When I drink, I prefer to drink whiskey. But in this case, I think I’ll stick with some Dos Equis! Gilpin Family Whisky is a single malt whiskey that is made from urine, specifically the sugar rich urine of elderly diabetics. The reason behind this method is that a larger amount of sugar is excreted by type-two diabetic patients on a daily basis. The sugar is removed by purifying the urine and then added to the mash stock to accelerate the fermentation. Yeah, it’s whiskey, it is filtered and fermented, and it will still get you drunk, but it is still urine my friends! Glorified urine! (Thx Gilpin Family Whisky)
