Three Words: Ferrero Rocher Brownies

Mother’s Day is just around the corner, so I’m gonna dare everyone reading this to give your moms the ultimate gift this year by whipping up a batch of these (before next next Saturday night) and not eating them all in a single go.

Now, I realize it’s going to be hard. But Dommm, you’re probably thinking, they’re Ferrero Rocher-Stuffed Brownies! I don’t think you understand how important that is. — Trust me when I say I do. It’s a hazelnut blanketed in Nutella surrounded by a crispy wafer coated in chocolate and nuts, and baked into a bittersweet chocolate brownie, for Pete’s sake.

But that’s why it’s so important that you make these for her and only her. Imagine when you finally hand your specially gift-wrapped, delicious-smelling package over. She’ll take one bite and wonder how anyone could have ever let a single one of these darlings out of their sight for a single second. In her eyes, they’ll become just as precious as you used to be!
