This German Restaurant Is Like A Multi-Sensory Theme Park Ride

While the traditional dining experience centers around food and conversation, a German restaurant aims to flip expectation on its head. Eatrenalin is a fully-immersive gastronomic experience that merges fine dining with a visual theme park ride. Started by Thomas Mack and Oliver Altherr, Eatrenalin not only seeks to satisfy your hunger, but also connect with you on an emotional level.

It’s led by a team of culinary “geniuses” and creative producers that take you on a scripted multi-sensory journey. Guests are seated in a floating chair and presented with a carefully curated two-hour narrative composed of taste, scent, physical, and audio-visual elements. Eatrenalin takes culinary to a whole new dimension. Offering an eight-course menu, guests can choose between two menu variations: The Red Dimension and Green Dimension.

Each of the two variations are available options for the restaurant’s three multi-sensory experiences, which are Eatranelin Dinner, Exclusive Dinner, and the Champagne Dinner, which costs the most. There’s an additional Sommelier Dinner option for large groups as well. The Eatrenalin experience is available for booking until June 30th, so we definitely recommend reserving a spot today.
