Food Truck Innovation: Man Turns Tesla Cybertrucks Into Mobile Pizzerias
Fabio Antonio Arbelaez is a self-proclaimed Tesla aficionado with roughly 25 years of pizza experience under his belt as a longtime partner of Montville, New Jersey’s Columbia Inn, a casual dining restaurant. But what makes Arbelaez an extraordinary individual is his ingenious approach to mobile food dining and his @cyperpizzatruck business. Powered by the Columbia Inn, “The Jersey Thinn Crust Pizza” is redefining the standard for conventional food trucks.
A man of innovation, Arbelaez repurposed and outfitted two Tesla Cypertrucks into two raging pizza-making power machines that can crank out fully cooked thin, crispy handmade pies in just two minutes. This all sounds too good to be true – how is this even possible?
The specifics detail Arbelaez’s Cypertrucks’ cargo beds being mounted with double-stacked ovens that run on a 240-volt outlet. By having fresh ingredients easily accessible and adding a conveyor belt, fresh pizzas quickly flash through a scorching 600 degrees. The decked out Cypetrucks even have a custom-built slide for the ovens, so as soon as his crew parks the vehicles, they can quickly pull the slide and get to cooking. The tow hitch also supports 50-foot umbrellas to cover the workstation.
Arbeleaz has even added a space for a refrigeration unit to hold a passenger-side dry ice cooler, because you can’t enjoy a hot slice of pizza without a cold bev.
As a massive pizza enthusiast, I’m adding “Jersey Thinn Crust Pizza” on my must-try pizza bucket list. Am I alone or does anyone else now feeling like heading to The Shore to experience this futuristic pizza adventure?
