The Reuben Sandwich Cake

If it wasn’t for the title already ruining the surprise, I’m sure many of you would have thought this was just an extremely well lit and colored reuben sandwich. We are indeed looking at a multi-level cake that was utilized marbled cake for the “bread”, giving it a “marble rye” appearance. The sauerkraut utilized a coconut based frosting and the meat was made from fondant. Wow. Keep on eating on! (PicThx MarshallAstor)
