The Porco Pizza

Surfacing from Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil (video recipe was uploaded on December 13, 2009), we have a video starring chef Pedro Pesavento creating what is dubbed as the Porco Pizza. Instead of crust, this crazy feast utilizes a whole roasted pig as the base. After the roast has completed, the chef tops the pig with mozzarella, cheese spread, chicken hearts, chicken breasts, peas, corn, green pepper, sausage, onions and olives before popping it back into the oven to let the cheese melt and get a final crisp.
