The Most Futuristic Chopsticks Ever Can Detect Calories, pH Levels and Temperature

Chinese search engine Baidu has launched a set of “smart chopsticks” called Kuaisou that claim to be able to detect levels of contaminated oils, PH levels, temperature, and calories.

Like most smart eating utensils and dishes today, it works in almost the same way that “smart cup” Vessyl identifies and keeps track of what you are drinking. In the video, it appears that the chopsticks are bluetooth enabled and can connect to your smart-phone.

After thousands of years, someone has finally innovated chopsticks. There is no word yet as to when they will go on sale or how much they will cost. Check out the demonstration video below:
