The Food Loop: Cooking Prep Bids Goodbye to Strings and Toothpicks

Today we introduce The Food Loop, a heat-resistant silicone food trussing tool designed to replace kitchen string and toothpicks during the prep and cooking processes. The product is nonstick, reusable, dishwasher safe, flexible and heat-resistant up to 675°F / 357°C. Adjusting from 1″ to 4″, with an initial length of 15″, The Food Loop aims to make holding those obscure food shapes a less ominous task. Imagine being able to keep that peanut butter and jelly pita sandwich together without clasping it with your grip of death between bites…or keeping that bacon wrapped properly on that leg of lamb without needing a small army of toothpicks. ($10 @ FusionBrands)
