The Burnt Truck Reveals New Quail Egg Steak Sliders

The Burnt Truck maintains a mantra of providing distinctly upscale taste to the streets of its circuit, Orange County, CA. Popular and sought after, the Burnt Truck is unique from other mobile carts in that it exclusively features a menu of gourmet sliders.

The slider varieties cover everything from a traditional cheeseburger, fried chicken and sloppy joes to sliders featuring Vietnamese pork, Korean BBQ and Chicken Katsu. Recently announced, the truck will be incorporating Steak Burgers into their mix of offerings. The Steak Sliders feature a demi glaze, sautéed mushrooms and a quail egg. Count me in for a baker’s dozen of these bad boys!
