If you’re a fan of American sushi, then you’re well aware of the ridiculous concoctions that appear on our menus (see: 8 Things You Probably Didn’t Know About Sushi).

Thanks to Instagram user @mydefpony, he had a packet of eel left over and decided he would give his dragon roll a bit more of a literal interpretation. Finally, a dragon roll that visually makes sense.
