Tater Tot Pizza Crust Just Made Breakfast So Much Better

Nick Chipman of Dude Foods made a breakfast pizza, but regular pizza crust was too easy, so he replaced it with tater tots.

Dude Foods put cooked tater tots in a pan, sprinkled cheese over them, topped them with a couple eggs and stuck them in the oven. He had all the best things about breakfast mashed together, except sausage, unfortunately.

It seems like tater tots are the go-to vessel these days as we’ve seen them shaped into hot dog buns, onion rings and now pizza crust.

Totally in favor of anything tater tot-driven.
