Target Is Looking To Roll Out A Paid Membership Similar To Amazon Prime

Start saving those dollars because there is a new subscription you’ll be adding to your list in the near future. Target is looking to roll out a paid membership service similar to Walmart+ and Amazon Prime.

There is no word yet on how much the membership would cost, or what the exact benefits of the membership would be, but Bloomberg notes it could be debuting as early as this year. As if we needed another reason to spend all our money at Target.

Just like Amazon Prime Day and Walmart anti-Prime Day, we are expecting Target to roll out similar deals, truly saving shoppers all they can. Whether that’s early access to Stanley Tumblers, toys or exclusive items from Chip and Joanna Gaines product line, this paid membership will likely be all the rage for the women in your lives.

If you’re looking to get in on the Target love and aren’t already signed up, Target currently offers a free loyalty program called Target Circle, which they launched in 2017. Perks include 1% off every purchase to redeem on later purchases, as well as custom discount offers like a special treat on you birthday and deals offered with third-party partners, like Shipt.
