Taiyaki (Fish Shaped Pancakes)

Taiyaki are Japanese fish shaped pancakes. Instead of regular pancake batter, this is a little chewier and dense, and they are usually filled with something sweet like custard! These sound bomb, we should send some over to the gulf! Too soon? (Thx KC)
