Surviving the College Dining Hall [INFOGRAPHIC]

Do you remember the freshman 15? Whether you’re an incoming college freshman, or someone who cares about the lifestyle and eating habits of those who might acquire the freshman 15 (we don’t know who that is…but we assume they’re out there), you’ve heard about the stereotypical fifteen pounds that college students might gain during their first year spent on a college campus.

The resulting pounds usually comes with a new found sedentary lifestyle, tons of binge drinking, copious amounts of marijuana, “getting the munchies” as soon as you try sitting down to study and of course…the all you can eat dining halls. Imagine buffets at your disposal all day, easily accessible through the swipe of a plastic card your parents charged up with credits at the beginning of every semester.
