Subway Just Replaced Jared With The Creepy Dude From Arrested Development

What do you do when your long-time spokesperson ends up being a child-loving, sandwich-guzzling creep who peddled kiddie porn while eating meaty sandwiches? You obviously replace him with a creep who hides under women’s work desks, stares at you while you eat and whispers sweet nothings into your ear like a phone sex operator.

While Tony Hale might not be Subway’s permanent spokesperson, his creepy face is the first we see in Subway commercials since the whole Jared Fogle fiasco unfolded.

Within these commercials is the message to “Save lunch breaks.”

You know that voice in your head telling you to Save Lunch Break? Well, it’s actually the voice of Tony Hale.

Apparently the amount of people who skip lunch is haunting Subway enough that they want to help you take a break from work.

Targeting millennials, Subway found that 20 percent of the age group only takes about 15 minutes for lunch, or less.

So, they brought in Hale, famous for playing the off-kilter Buster Bluth in Arrested Develepment, to represent the slimiest sounding version of your hungry subconscious. The whole time, Hale’s just trying to force people into leaving work and eating Subway for lunch.

At least this time the face of Subway is trying to help millennials and not trying to steal their innocence.

Listen up everyone, because Tony Hale is only going to yell this a few times… SAVE LUNCH BREAK!!!
