Nowadays, you can’t scroll through Instagram without being subjected to at least a dozen pictures of beautiful macaron rainbows or quinoa cucumber salads with more “clean eating” hashtags than you can count. But we can always count on Reddit to correct these internet injustices. In 2012, the subreddit called Shitty Food Porn came into our lives…and I think it’s safe to say that we’re all better people because of it.
Since the unveiling of that subreddit, internet trolls everywhere have jumped on the bandwagon and started sharing their own horrific culinary creations, some of which are downright nauseating. In the best way.
Here are a few of our favorite anti-#healthyeating posts from the infamous subreddit that started one shitty trend.

I can’t look at this one for too long, it’s like the sun. It’s literally burning my eyes.

This sweet treat inspired the moderators of the subreddit to establish a rule of no, “shitting in containers and passing it off as food.” Fair enough.
4. Avocado Toast with Spicy Cheetos
Just when you thought hope was lost for toast everywhere, this brave Reddit user swooped in to save the day.
5. Hot Dogs and Cheerios with Cheese 
It takes true vision to pair your uncooked hot dogs and processed cheese with your breakfast cereal. This person is an American hero.
6. Whole Wheat Pizza with Tuna and Creamed Corn 
Don’t worry, guys, it’s whole wheat pizza. #cleaneating
7. Carrot Sandwich
The SADDEST sandwich of all time. Just a little dose of vitamin C with your bread.
8. Lime Jello Casserole with Peas, Hard Boiled Eggs, and Shrimp
The worst part of all is that it looks like someone took a piece of this…with the intention of eating it. I can’t even stare at it for more than a few seconds, I’m afraid it’s going to come to life and eat my family.
