‘Spaghetti Gelato’ Is The Only Pasta That Can Give You Brain Freeze, And That’s OK

After a hearty bowl of spaghetti, there’s nothing like some sweet ice cream to bring a delicious meal to a close.

What could you could combine the two widely popular dishes into one sweet item?

Gelato and Angels, a gelato shop based in Manhattan Beach, CA, developed a Spaghetti-Gelato Sundae that looks nearly identical to the iconic Italian-inpired pasta dish. They nailed the aesthetics pretty much down to the sauce and toppings.

The Spaghetti Gelato Cone is based on a German dessert known as “Spaghettieis.”

Once an order is made, the gelato is strained into “noodles” onto a waffle cone. The faux pasta is then topped with a strawberry “marinara” and white chocolate “parmesan cheese.”

Definitely adding a cone to our wish list this holiday season.
