Southwest Patty Melt is now Available at Both Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s

In the weeks prior to the release of Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr.‘s Southwest Patty Melt we were so enveloped in their selection of Kate Upton as the brand’s spokesmodel that we never get to truly dive in to the actual product they were pushing.

Now that the sandwich is available at both Hardee’s and Carl’s Jr. locations nationwide we all have a chance to touch and feel the new sandwich. The Southwest Patty Melt comes complete with a charbroiled beef patty, sliced jalapenos, grilled onions, pepper-jack cheese and spicy Santa Fe sauce, all on grilled sourdough bread.

The Six Dollar version of the Southwest Patty Melt clocks in at 890 calories, 63 grams of fat and 47 grams of protein. A single Southwest Patty Melt is 750 calories, 54 grams of fat and 33 grams of fat, with a Double Southwest Patty Melt being the heaviest with 940 calories, 68 grams of fat, and 49 grams of protein.
