Taco John’s Gets a Chorizo Burrito with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Layer

Taco-Johns-Cheetos-Pete

Thanks to the Doritos Locos Taco, Frito Lay’s has seen some success in the last year with their Taco Bell partnership. Now they’ve decided to team up with Midwest taco chain Taco John’s to further their snack-xican food monopoly. Combining two of my favorite binge foods, burritos and Cheetos, the burrito is aptly named the Flamin’ Hot Cheetos Burrito.

The burrito is packed with spicy chorizo, melted nacho cheese, sliced jalapeños, chile de arbol salsa and finally a seemingly generous layer of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos. They had me at spicy chorizo. Unlike the DLT, however, the burrito will only be available for a limited time for those lucky enough to live in a state with a Taco John’s.

For now, I’ll live vicariously through your hashtags.
