S’mores Pie

An entire S’mores Pie? Yes, that is what’s going down this morning. Buttered graham cracker crumbs come together to form the crust of this pie, with an interior highlighted by a nice chocolate filling based off a recipe from celebrity chef Tyler Florence.  Once both those steps have been taken, you proceed to top the strengthening liquid chocolate with as many large marshmallows as you can. The oven should brown those ‘mallows, if not, just use a kitchen torch. You’ll probably need to chill the pie if you want some consistent slices, but if you care more about the taste…just dig right in and cause a mess. No one will be mad. (Recipe @ HowSweetEats)
