S’moreology Reintroduces S’mores in a Gourmet Way

Their universal appeal lay in its simplicity: graham crackers, marshmallows, and Hershey’s chocolate. Yet, as simple as it is, not many snacks can rival it as a perfect single bite.

S’moreology in West Covina, California is a shop that captures the childhood nostalgia of s’mores and unfurls it into various gourmet options. Started by Noelle Ramirez and her wife Amy Ramirez in 2018, S’moreology began as a pop-up experience and has since then evolved into a brick & mortar location that provides all kinds of s’more treats from their signature s’mores, flights, ice cream treats and much more.
