A Million Slices of Bacon Can Be Won If This NASCAR Driver Wins This Weekend
NASCAR’s yearly schedule includes four races at tracks called “superspeedways,” that span over two miles and whose highly banked corners provide for a perfect environment for “drafting,” where cars drive in hectic, four car-wide packs. Because of this, they have provided for some of the sport’s most exciting moments. Sometimes these moments have to do with the race, like the time Jimmie Johnson won by less than the time it takes you to blink, or the time Brad Kesolowski won by flipping Carl Edwards into a fence. Sometimes it doesn’t have anything to do with the race, like that time Juan Pablo Montoya set a truck full of jet fuel on fire while they weren’t even racing.
