Shake Shack Becomes Upscale ‘Love Shack’ Dining Experience On Valentine’s Day

Valentine’s Day is for boos and burgers now, because Shake Shack is offering a new dining experience for last-minute planners to enjoy their new, limited-time swicy and umami menu items in an upscale setting. 

On Wednesday, February 14 the burger chain will become “Love Shacks” in seven cities (New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Miami, Bay Area, and Philadelphia), complete with table service, real plates and glassware, candles, floral arrangements, and two prix fixe tasting menus for either a “Swicy Date Night” or “Umami Dinner Party” dining experience. Reservations are required and available now.

The Swicy Date Night is a $80 prix fixe Swicy tasting menu for two and includes:

  • A reserved table for two, complete with plates and glassware, floral arrangements, candles and more
  • Two Korean Style Fried Chicken sandwiches: Crispy, white-meat chicken breast coated in a spicy and sweet Gochujang glaze, sprinkled with sesame seeds and topped with white kimchi slaw, featuring Choi’s Kimchi, on a toasted potato bun
  • Spicy Korean BBQ Fries, spiced with kimchi seasoning, with Korean BBQ Sauce and Cheese
  • Sauce on the side
  • A Gochujang Caramel Sauce Sundae to share
  • Beverages of choice, including lemonades, sodas, Shack canned wine and Shackmeister Ale

If you’re celebrating with friends, the Umami Dinner Party is a $160 prix fixe tasting menu for four and includes:

  • A reserved table for four, complete with plates and glassware, floral arrangements, candles and more 
  • Four Korean BBQ Burgers: 100% Angus beef cheeseburger topped with crispy sweet onions, fresh scallions and a savory, salty Korean BBQ sauce on a toasted potato bun
  • Spicy Korean BBQ Fries, spiced with kimchi seasoning, with Korean BBQ Sauce and Cheese Sauce on the side
  • Individual Gochujang Caramel Sauce Sundaes
  • Beverages of choice, including lemonades, sodas, Shack canned wine and Shackmeister Ale

For those who may not be near participating Shake Shack locations, you can order a Korean BBQ Burger or Korean Style Fried Chicken Sandwich and get a second for free for that special someone. The BOGO is available nationwide starting tomorrow, February 7 when ordering delivery on Shake Shack’s website or the Shack App.
