Shake Shack Has Nationwide Rollout Of New Plant-Based Menu Items

Popular fast-casual burger joint Shake Shack has announced an expansion to its plant-based menu offerings. Teaming with food-tech company NotCo., Shake Shack’s new vegan eats underwent strenuous R&D testing in order to ensure max deliciousness.

New menu items include the Veggie Shack, which features a patty made with seasonal mushrooms, sweet potatoes, carrots, farro, and quinoa. It comes topped with American cheese, crispy onions, pickles, and ShackSauce. In addition to the Veggie Shack, plant-based customers can also enjoy the Shack’s new non-dairy chocolate milkshake and frozen treat, each is made using NotMilk, NotCo.’s pea-based in-house milk.

If you’re patiently waiting for Shake Shack to step up their plant-based game, now’s the time. You can try out the Veggie Shake for $8.29 and both of the shakes for $6.39 and $4.69 respectively.
