Shake Shack to Host Exclusive Three-Course Dinner with One of the Best Chefs in the World

Chef Enrique Olvera is the latest notable chef that Shake Shack will be collaborating with on an exclusive three-course dinner. Following up successful partnerships with culinary stars like chefs Dominique Crenn, Pinky Cole and Junghyun Park, Shake Shack ups the ante with Chef Olvera, who heads the fifth ranked best restaurant in the world, Mexico City’s Pujol.

The unique collab will present an exclusive three-course dinner for two nights only on Thursday, November 10 at the West Village Shake Shack location in New York City and Tuesday, November 15 at the Santa Monica Shake Shack location in the Los Angeles area.

Diners will be treated to one of a kind mashups that highlight Chef Olvera’s flavorful Mexican roots like an Ant Burger, topped with Chicatana Ant mayo, a signature condiment from Pujol.

  • First Course
    Potato and Broccoli Cream Tamal: Corn and potato tamal with broccoli cream and mustard greens.
  • Second Course
    The Ant Burger: Angus cheeseburger topped with Monterey Jack cheese, Chicatana Ant mayonnaise, smoked tomato and shredded lettuce.
    Sweet Potato Fries: Served with Guacachile salsa.
  • Third Course
    Corn Husk Meringue Shake: Vanilla frozen custard handspun with corn cream and topped with husk meringue.
  • Beverages available include a Shackmeister Michelada and a selection of Shack wine and beer
