Remix Your Breakfast With This Comforting Spam & Eggs Cup Noodles

If you’ve ever visited Ten Asian Bistro in Newport Beach, you’d find it nestled behind a giant koi pond surrounded by large water fountains.

While this spot has become known for its tranquil location, along with great happy hour deals and bustling nightlife scene, it’s got something special in the works for FOODBEAST’s NOODS NOODS NOODS Festival, presented by Nissin Cup Noodles®.

Chef de cuisine at Ten Asian Bistro, Andrew Molleda, has lots of good memories of eating Cup Noodles in college. Being a huge fan of breakfast as well, he decided to combine his two loves into one dish – and thus the Spam & Eggs Cup Noodles was born.

Using diced Spam, fried quail eggs, and noodles, Ten Asian Bistro has created a perfect blend of oozy yolk porn and over-the-top noodle pulls.

If you’re in the mood for a super savory, one-of-a-kind, breakfast-themed Cup Noodles like only Ten Asian Bistro can pull off, we suggest grabbing a ticket to NOODS NOODS NOODS Festival, Foodbeast’s all-you-can-eat Asian Food Festival, presented by Nissin Cup Noodles.

We’ll see you there.
