Town Drops A 1,300-Pound Pumpkin On A Car, Completely Crushes It [WATCH]

You might have reached peak fall with your pumpkin spice latte and pumpkin spice muffin, but you still won’t be as hardcore as what this little town in Saskatchewan did on October 15.

Black Fox Distillery holds an annual pumpkin festival in the town of Saskatoon, and part of their tradition consists of destroying a car with the biggest pumpkin they can find.

If you’re wondering just how big a pumpkin has to be in order to crush an entire car, the answer is at least 1,300 pounds, as is evident with the monstrous orange beast they used this year.

Using a crane, they lifted the pumpkin high above the poor Nissan Maxima, then proceeded to drop it, consequently entertaining about 2,000 people who attended.

Maybe even cooler than the crushed car stunt, is another giant pumpkin that is filled with candy and dropped for kids to gather like a pinata. Not to mention they raised $9,000 for a local pediatrics fund, so everyone wins in this, except maybe the pumpkins that had to sacrifice themselves.
