Pringles Introduces Bold New Flame Grilled Steak Flavor

Most Millennials will remember the iconic Pringles slogan: “Once you pop, the fun doesn’t stop!” Now, the original stackable snack—famous for its crisp texture, signature shape, and savory potato taste—is introducing a bold new flavor: Flame Grilled Steak.

This latest release is a convenience store exclusive, aligning with Pringles’ broader strategy to diversify its portfolio and meet growing demand for bold, innovative flavors. As the snack industry faces evolving consumer tastes, increasing concerns over ingredient transparency, and the push for cleaner labels, legacy brands like Pringles are adapting to stay ahead.

Current food trends indicate that consumers are actively seeking snacks with more complex and exciting flavor profiles, moving beyond traditional options. Knowing that, Pringles’ newest flavor is hitting shelves at just the right time.

Hannah Fearnley, Head of Route to Market at Villanova, expressed excitement about the launch: “We’re so excited to be turning up the heat and introducing Pringles Flame Grilled Steak to the convenience channel this February.”

She added, “Steak is a huge flavor opportunity and one that strongly resonates with consumers. Given our growth in the Large Sharing sector, we’re uniquely positioned to capitalize on this trend and reinvigorate the snacking aisle by delivering what both consumers and retailers want.”

Pringles Flame Grilled Steak will be available through wholesalers, with pricing varying by retailer.
