Pot-o-Goldwich
We can always leave up to our friends at InsaneWiches to impress us with a holiday-inspired sandwich, regardless of the time of year. This time around they’ve made a sandwich that’s literally exuding with good luck and good vibes! The sandwich is complete with a bread bowl hollowed out with coins (chocolate coins I hope!) and filled to the brim with corned beef and cabbage with a side of green beer.
