Pincho Factory Hot Dog Rice Bowl w/ Fried Egg

Though I’ve yet to patronize their Miami, Florida location, I’m dually attracted to the Pincho Factory‘s social media and food offering efforts. It seems day-after-day they take to their Facebook and Twitter to show their custom orders, their customer care and making me generally jealous I’m that I’m on the other side of the country away from their culinary experience.

This morning, we awake to a shot of this Hot Dog Rice Bowl w/ Fried Egg, which appears to be just so, accented by some various spices and topped with some peppers for good measure. The order was done up custom for a customer (get the iteration?) who wanted exactly such, hot dog, rice, and a fried egg.
