You Can Actually Pop These Pimple Cupcakes

One bakery in California might have created the most disgusting cupcakes ever.

Blessed By Baking, a California bakery has created these custom pimple cupcakes made to look exactly like a zit.

How can something so pus-like taste so good?!?! Pimple cupcakes by the amazing @blessedbybaking

The design that makes it look so disgustingly close to a pimple appears to be beige fondant  for the skin and some sort of yellow custard for the pus. The bakery’s Instagram is filled with custom creations from animals to mermaids, but not anything quite so amazingly gross looking.

If the likeness to actual zits weren’t enough, the cupcakes are also squeezable. As you can see you can “pop” them like you would an actual zit and the yellow pus runs out.

The cupcakes were made for Sandra Lee, better known for her Instagram name, Dr. Pimple Popper. Her account, which features pimple popping, among other rather disgusting extractions from her work as a dermatologist. The account has 1.6 million followers, so apparently a lot of people really enjoy being totally grossed out by actual pimples popping, not just the cupcake variety.

Both Blessed By Baking And Dr. Pimple Popper posted a photo and video of the  cupcakes. One of the photos alone on Dr. Pimple Popper’s account received 24.9k likes, presumably by people who can’t decide whether they’d rather devour or be disgusted by the cupcakes.
