Picooknie: A Pie-Cookie-Brownie

The Picooknie is exactly what its name sets out to depict, a pie that is both simultaneously a cookie and a brownie. A byproduct of a foodie genius named Ethan, the end product is pronounced “Pi-Cook-Nie,” a humble hodgepodge of the goodness and warmth brought about by each individual entity, in one easy-to-eat format.

Chocolate brownies, a peanut butter cookie topping and a simple pie crust all come together, and sounds equally delicious served warm as it does served chilled after firming up in a fridge. A glass of milk alongside this recipe, and I’m feeling like a boss on this gloomy Thursday afternoon.
