Legendary Steakhouse Peter Luger To Open Location in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace

Simply put, Peter Luger is synonymous with iconic. The over 130-year old New York steakhouse first opened its doors in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, setting the tone for what a top notch steakhouse should be. From the thick cut bacon to the signature porterhouse cut served up sizzling with rendered beef fat and clarified butter, it’s clear that Peter Luger steakhouse is an institution.

Before West Coast denizens like me would have to book a trip to New York to satisfy our Peter Luger cravings. But in an exciting announcement, Peter Luger will be opening in Las Vegas at Caesars Palace by the end of 2022.

“We’re thrilled to be bringing Peter Luger to Caesars Palace. It was critical for us to be able to bring to Las Vegas the same menu, the same ambiance and—most important—the same quality beef that we are known for in New York, and Caesars was aligned with that vision,” said Amy Rubenstein, the President of Peter Luger.
