Papa John’s Reveals a Royal Wedding Pizza
With the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton closer than ever, it seems more and more brands have broken from their normal routine and menu offerings by conjuring up special one-off Royal Wedding Food Items. In the case of Papa John’s UK branch, they worked with a food artist to create this Royal Wedding Day pizza portrait of Prince William & Kate Middleton, made entirely of edible pizza toppings.
Kate’s veil is made from mushrooms flowing over a dress of cheese, while Prince William’s suit has been fashioned out of salami and peppers. The rest of the portrait is made from 100% fresh dough. Looks pretty delicious, and we’re super curious to see what this pie looks like in its cooked form.
According to Papa John’s press release on the matter, the chain is putting up the opportunity to purchase the one-of-a-kind pizza to its customers in the U.K. by shooting an e-mail to [email protected].
