OMNI Plant-Based Pork and Seafood Will Soon Be Available at Walmart

Plant-based pork and seafood-focused brand OMNI will soon be hitting the shelves of over a third of Walmart locations across the states as well as online. The initial launch will include four of their most popular products: the OMNI Potsticker, Spring Roll, Crab-Style Cake and Luncheon.

“After last year’s successful launch of OMNI across the U.S. through retailers, online stores, restaurants, food events and festivals, we are incredibly excited to expand and offer these delicious products at Walmart,” said David Yeung, co-founder and CEO of Green Monday Holdings and OMNI. “By providing our growing consumer base with a healthy, tasty and versatile plant-based meat alternative, they can make good food at home as we continue to realize our mission to construct a multi-faceted global ecosystem of future food that helps to combat climate change, food insecurity, public health crisis, planetary devastation and the overconsumption of meat.”

Landing at over 1,900 Walmart stores are the OMNI Potsticker and OMNI Luncheon.

OMNI Potsticker uses a plant-based ground made to be enjoyed with Asian appetizers, snacks or side dishes. Compared to other ground meat, OMNI Ground has 97% less fat, 66% fewer calories and less cholesterol and can be prepared in just minutes by steaming, pan frying, deep frying, air frying, baking or in the microwave.

The brand’s highly anticipated OMNI Luncheon is a canned “meat” that’s lower in fat content, sodium and cholesterol. It’s also protein-rich, cruelty and hormone-free, and has no preservatives or nitrates. For ramen, musubi, bagels or sandwiches, it’s a great compliment.

Another 1,300 Walmart locations will stock the OMNI Crab-Style Cake and the OMNI Spring Roll.

Nutritious and sustainable, OMNI Crab-Style Cake is an alternative that looks and tastes like real crab meat. It’s free of mercury, cruelty, trans-fats and hormones.

OMNI Spring Roll also uses the OMNI ground and includes a variety of vegetables like carrots, shiitake mushroom, cabbage, wood ear mushroom and mung bean vermicelli.

These OMNI products will be available online and at select Walmart stores nationwide soon.
