Olive Garden: Lasagna Rollatini with Chicken

For a limited time, the chefs over at the Olive Garden have put together yet another dish to appease its diverse audience. Pictured above is what they call the “Lasagna Rollatini with Chicken”, which features baked lasagna rolls stuffed with four Italian cheeses, topped with sautéed chicken and Roma tomatoes in a fontina cheese sauce. Sound good? If you’re like me, you get full off the salad and breadsticks. To each his own, eat on!
