Spicy Alfredo Fried Chicken Is Olive Garden’s Latest Hype Creation

The United States is obsessed with hot chicken at the moment, whether it be the fiery heat of Nashville Hot or the spicy sweetness of Hot Honey. Olive Garden’s contribution to the trend makes it even more decadent, as their new crispy chicken tenders are coated in a fiery Alfredo sauce.

A very recent addition to the chain’s appetizers lineup, the Spicy Alfredo Chicken is coated in its namesake sauce. The piquant sauce gets its spice from cherry peppers, which balances with the alfredo in a blend of flavors that is as luxurious as it is picante.

In case you need more decadence on the side, the chicken comes with a side of regular Alfredo, which the tenders can be dipped into for a more delectable version of Ranch Dressing.

An order of the Spicy Alfredo Chicken has a starting price of $8.99, and comes with six tenders.

Olive Garden has found other ways to play with their alfredo as well. They have a new Chicken Alfredo Pizza Fritta on the menu that is essentially chicken alfredo (minus the fettuccine) in a fried pizza pocket. The only extra addition to mix of chicken and alfredo is a three-cheese blend.

It comes with marinara and alfredo for dipping, and is a limited-time dish available for $6.99.
