How The Lakers And Bulls Won Their Championships, Perfectly Explained With Fruit

NBA fans might remember Metta World Peace as the untamed beast with an unfiltered voice that often got him in trouble.

These days it looks like he’s working on his coaching skills, at least while eating his breakfast. Metta World Peace posted a quick video to Twitter, exposing the secret to legendary basketball coach Phil Jackson’s “Triangle Offense.” This is the offense that was used when Michael Jordan won his six championships, and helped Kobe Bryant bring five championships to Los Angeles.

Using an apple, orange, three fruit tarts and a water bottle, Mr. Peace showed exactly how intricate the offensive plays can get.

Well, actually, you just give the ball to guys like Shaquille O’Neal, or Kobe and just get out of the way, apparently.

Metta has been praised for his familiarity with the Triangle Offense, so we should take this video as gospel. Now we know for sure how The Chicago Bulls and Lakers won 11 combined NBA championships, straight from a player who won a couple of them, himself.
