Meat Up BBQ Is Leveling Up The Texas Chop Sandwich At MEAT STREET

Brace yourselves Foodbeast fam, ’cause our upcoming meat extravaganza, Meat Street Presented by the Makers of SPAM Brand at Main Place Mall, is taking the Texas BBQ game to another level.

In the Meat Street Marketplace this Saturday, April 22nd, from 11 am to 11 pm, Meat Up BBQ is selling what could be called an ultimate version of the Texas Chop BBQ Sandwich.

The typical Texas Chop is a sandwich chock-full of tender Texas Brisket and BBQ Sauce. Meat Up is upping the ante in their sandwich by cramming brisket PLUS three more meats into their version: crispy pieces of bacon, smoked beef bratwurst sausages, and shreds of juicy pulled pork.

Throw on some additional BBQ sauce and homemade pickles, piled high onto a toasted lobster bun, and you’ve got an experience worthy of Meat Street inclusion.

If you’re down for this bad boy and all of the other meaty experiences the Santa Ana festival has to offer, make sure to snag some tickets and head on over to Orange County this weekend.

It’s gonna be a LIT tribute to all things meat, just like this sandwich is to all things barbecue.
