McDonald's Japan: The Mega-Egg

This McDonald’s sandwich is only available for a limited time in Japan and apparently it’s called a “Mega Tamago”. It has 3 beef patties, 2 strips of bacon, an egg, cheddar cheese, lettuce, special sauce and 3 buns. McDonald’s Japanese site describes it as “The Mega-Egg Quivering with mega deliciousness”.
