McDonald’s Confirms Lineup Of Global Eats Coming To The U.S. Next Month

McDonald’s has confirmed some recent rumors that they were bringing an international lineup of items to the United States.

Starting June 5th, four different items that McDonald’s sells in other parts of the world will be available in the United States for a limited time. As previously reported, these will include a Stroopwafel McFlurry from the Netherlands, a Grand McExtreme Bacon Burger from Spain, a Tomato Mozzarella Chicken Sandwich from Canada, and Cheesy Bacon Fries from Australia.

While the Cheesy Bacon Fries have been available nationwide in the past, all of these will be brand new items to the USA McDonald’s lineup. The Stroopwafel McFlurry and Grand McExtreme Bacon Burger had also been tested earlier as part of a trial version of this menu in Florida.

This marks the first time ever that McDonald’s has done such a variety of global items at the national scale, but they have had a rotating menu of international hits at their HQ in Chicago for some time now. Whether this is the first of a potential rotating menu of such items, or a one-time limited offering, remains to be seen.
