McDonald's Fries Healthier Than Caesar Salad?

If you find yourself under pressure to make a healthy choice at the drive-thru window, would you order McDonald’s Premium Caesar Salad or a large fries? If you’re watching your sodium intake, salty fries would be the better choice by far. (Thx HealthyLiving)


According to a new Consumer Reports health analysis, it is stated that the salad contains 890 milligrams of sodium without the dressing. The fries have only have 350 mg. The report goes on to say that high sodium levels lurk in foods that may not even taste salty. Maybe you aren’t always making the wrong choice by eating the foods that seem worse for you.
