McDonald’s Australia Has a Sirloin Steak Menu and We Don’t

McD-Steak-Garlic-Wrap

McDonald’s is adding a steak-filled lineup at their Australia locations. This menu consists of four wraps and a salad, all of which include sirloin steak. Because who doesn’t love huge chunks of steak in their salad?

The menu begins with the featured Steak and Garlic Aioli McWrap made with marinated, slow-cooked and grilled slices of sirloin topped with tomatoes, lettuce and garlic aioli inside a flour tortilla. The $3 Mini Steak Taster is a smaller version of the aforementioned Steak and Garlic Wrap except without the tomatoes. Barbecue enthusiasts may want to take a look at the Steak and BBQ McWrap which features sliced steak, lettuce, tomatoes and barbecue sauce inside a tortilla.

For the breakfast lovers, there’s the Steak and Egg Brekkie (Breakfast) Wrap which comes with chunks of sirloin, scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled onions and barbecue sauce wrapped in a tortilla.

Finally, because there’s always someone at the party who orders a salad, the menu features a Steak Salad with Thai Dressing that comes with strips of steak, grape tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, red cabbage, carrots and lettuce topped with a Thai-style dressing.

McD-Steak-Pop-Up

As a means to promote this beefy menu, McDonald’s Australia has created a pop-up in the shape of a giant lunchbox. They’re calling it the Big Lunchbox. Patrons of McDonald’s Australia, be sure to keep an eye out for the Big Lunchbox as it will be in Melbourne this week and move through Sydney, the Gold Coast, Perth and Adelaide soon after.
