Maple Whiskey Jelly Shots

The weekend is, deep breath, upon us. That being said, we all deserve something that’s both tasty and boozy. Enter: Maple Whiskey Jelly Shots. A recipe so perfect, we can’t believe it’s taken this long for us to realize it.

The week(end) snack comes from reddit’s vermontgirl and requires gelatin powder, water, maple syrup, vanilla ice cream and maple whiskey. The directions themselves follow the jello shot standard with a few tweaks — the melted ice cream settles to the bottom of the shot when refrigerated overnight. This makes for an extra-sweet surprise towards the end.
