Mac and Cheese Stuffed Chile Relleno
Bearded foodies, is there anything more new-age? The talented people behind The Food In My Beard blog have put together a recipe for a Mac and Cheese Stuffed Chile Relleno. Traditionally, a chile relleno would be stuffed with cheese, but this is taken a step further, stuffing a roasted pepper, filled with a gourmet bacon mac and cheese and then fried up for a nice crisp.
Looks like a jalapeno popper…until you split it in half. You mad?
